Refund Policy

At Inayat Bakers, your satisfaction is our top priority. We freshly prepare and pack every order with utmost care to ensure high quality and safe delivery. Our goal is to deliver products that you’ll love and trust.

🔹 Product Freshness & Quality Assurance

We source and prepare products only after an order is received to maintain 100% freshness. All the brands and baked goods we offer have a proven record of consistent quality. Each item is packed securely to avoid breakage or leakage during transit.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please share your concerns with us. While we take customer feedback seriously, these terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

🔹 Refund Process

If a product is delivered in an unusable condition (e.g., expired, broken, leaked), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the product. Upon review, we will initiate a refund within 72 hours.

Please note:
We do not process refunds for taste preferences, as personal taste varies from person to person.

Once a refund is approved, we will contact you for your bank account details, and the amount will be credited within 2 business days.

🔹 Cancellation Policy
